Airport Escape Privacy Policy

Effective date: 19 October 2026.

Airport Escape is provided by IYDR LTD. This notice explains how the game and its account, advertising, consent and purchase services use information.

Game and account information

The game stores progress, level, XP, virtual currency, booster inventory, settings, reward records and purchase transaction references on your device. When online, the game automatically establishes a pseudonymous device account using a generated player identifier and a device authentication credential. You do not need to enter a name, email address or password to play.

The account connection sends the player identifier, coins, diamonds, level and XP as a device-reported progress checkpoint, together with request identifiers, version counters and acknowledgements for support commands. Server records include account status, timestamps and administrative support actions. The game also sends bounded device-reported changes to virtual coins, diamonds and Pilot Tools, with event identifiers, level and time, to support reward troubleshooting and economy measurement. These reports are kept separate from verified store and server settlement records. Reports are retried in the background from the home menu; play does not wait for them. A limited local queue can omit events, and reports are not treated as proof of a purchase or entitlement. When the account backup service is enabled, the game automatically uploads a complete validated progress snapshot from the home menu for guest and linked accounts, including inventory and purchase transaction references, encrypted at rest on our server; device authentication credentials and transient device journals are excluded. Recovery requires an available backup and confirmation; a Player ID alone does not authorize account access.

If you choose Google or Apple sign-in, the provider processes your sign-in and sends a verified account identifier and, if supplied, email information. We retain the provider identifier and a masked email hint, not your provider password or provider access token. A linked sign-in can help identify an existing saved account. Support staff with an assigned recovery permission can arrange recovery after verifying ownership; balances and purchases from separate accounts are not merged.

Online connections expose an IP address and technical request information to the hosting provider. If you contact support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. Please do not send passwords, payment card details or identity documents.

Advertising and privacy choices

The game integrates Unity LevelPlay, ironSource Ads, Unity Ads, Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). Depending on the service, device, consent choices and region, these providers may process device, app, user or advertising identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, device and network details, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic, crash and performance information. They use this information to deliver and measure ads, operate their services, detect fraud and support analytics.

The game does not ask players to select an age range or enter a date of birth, and does not assume that an unknown-age player is an adult. Its advertising integration is configured to request protected, child-directed treatment for all players. Google UMP checks advertising eligibility before the game initializes LevelPlay. Where the consent service requires privacy options, they are available in the game. Advertising may be unavailable when privacy rules, connectivity or provider availability do not permit it; puzzle play remains available. Rewarded advertisements are optional, and a reward requires completion of the advertisement.

You can also use your device's advertising and privacy controls. These controls do not mean that all provider processing stops; consent, purchase and security services can still require information to operate.

Purchases

Apple App Store or Google Play handles purchases and payment details. The game uses Unity In-App Purchasing to obtain product and purchase status, prevent duplicate delivery and restore eligible purchases. The included Unity purchasing service may transmit purchase events and technical app, device and session context to Unity for operation and analytics. We do not receive your full payment card details through the game.

How information is used and shared

We use information to operate the game, record device-reported progress, provide account support, deliver purchases and rewards, handle requests and protect against misuse. We share information with hosting, store, consent, purchasing and advertising providers as needed for those purposes. Advertising providers may process information as independent controllers. Their privacy notices explain their own practices.

Where applicable, processing is based on consent, supplying the services you request, legal obligations, or legitimate interests such as security and support. You can withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Our game service uses the limited device-reported economy events described above for support and economy measurement; these are separate from provider diagnostics, advertising and purchase telemetry.

Retention, security and international processing

We retain records while needed to operate and support the game and meet applicable security or legal requirements. Local progress remains on your device unless removed. Account connections use HTTPS and administrative access is restricted. Providers may process information in other countries under their privacy terms and applicable safeguards. No service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and data requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Contact support@airportescape.com with your request and your in-game Player ID if available. We may need information sufficient to identify the records and verify that they belong to you. Do not send your device authentication credential or payment card information.

Uninstalling the game can remove its local save but does not automatically erase server or provider records. Information controlled independently by Apple, Google or advertising providers is also subject to their request procedures. You may complain to your local data protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Audience

Airport Escape has region-specific content ratings, including ratings affected by optional chance-based in-game purchases. Please check the rating shown by your local app store. The intended audience includes younger players where the applicable rating permits them to play. Parents or guardians can use their device and store controls to manage access and purchases. The game does not request a child's name, email address or date of birth to play. Contact support@airportescape.com with concerns about a child's information so that we can investigate and respond.
