Airport Escape Support

Need help? Contact support@airportescape.com.

Include your device model, Android or iOS version, game version, in-game Player ID if available, and a short description of the issue. A screenshot may help. Never send passwords, device authentication credentials, payment card details or identity documents.

Progress and gameplay

Your complete game progress is saved on your device. Keep the game installed while asking about lost progress. The online support account records a limited progress checkpoint; it is not a full-save restore service. Puzzle play does not require a user-entered login. Purchases and ad videos require connectivity.

If an optional ad is unavailable, you can keep playing without that ad reward. The game does not ask for an age range. Advertising uses protected settings and is available only when the privacy service, network and advertising provider permit it.

Purchases and restore

Purchases are handled by Google Play or Apple App Store. For help, include the product name and the store order reference, but no payment card details.

Open MENU → RESTORE PURCHASES using the same store account used for the original purchase to check eligible purchases. Consumable currency is different from a permanent entitlement. Contact support if the result is unexpected. Refund requests are handled through the relevant store.

Prize wheel

The prize wheel provides virtual coins, diamonds or boosters. Each of its twelve outcomes has a 1/12 chance, approximately 8.3333333%, for free, bonus, rewarded-ad and diamond spins. Open VIEW REWARD ODDS in the game to see the reward list. Virtual rewards have no cash value and cannot be cashed out.

Privacy requests

Read the Privacy Policy. To ask about your data, including a request for access or deletion, contact support@airportescape.com and include your Player ID if available. Removing the app does not automatically delete server or third-party provider records.

Please check Airport Escape's content rating in your local app store. Age suitability and availability vary by region.
